This laundry in Burraneer Bay was fully stripped out and rebuilt. The scope of work included adjustments to the existing layout, new wall and floor tiling, updated plumbing and drainage, installation of fixtures and fittings supplied by the client, new ventilation and electrical points, and final waterproofing, sealing and finishing works.
